The person who took our order listened intently and with a smile. Excellent service. They really want your food to be perfect and it was! The atmosphere was fun and happy with the music they had playing.
Ordered through Uber Eats last night, there was an issue with the drivers pickup at the restaurant, the driver would not return to the store to fix the problem. I called the store directly and the young lady on the phone was very polite and had already determined that the driver missed part of the order and was working on a solution, we had our food within 10 minutes or so. Love this Harvey's location. We were here to pick up a mobile order and to receive a birthday treat in the email - a free apple pie. Angus burger is our favourite along with their poutine...their pies are great too.The staff were so enthusiastic and provided great service even for a pickup order. They made the coffee fresh when we got there and all of them said "Happy birthday"...looked like a happy place to work. This has been our go-to location and we will be coming back....read full review
