This was the best meal we had in Banff. The bison short ribs were amazing. We enjoyed sitting by the window and watching snowflakes fall from the sky. The place is popular so you are going to need reservations.

Farm and vine to table - showcasing the best of Western Canada with impeccable technique, fantastic flavors, and top-notch service.
