This is legit the best pizza spot in Calgary. The staff at Azzuri knows how to sling some serious dough. It's a family affair in there and they make you feel like family. My favorite is their Funghi pizza – it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The crust? Perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. If you've ever been to Rome, you know the feeling of having a pizza at a "forno" - NOT a restaurant. That relaxed, casual "at home" atmosphere that brings you back to the same place time and time again. Well... that's what I found at Azzurri on Edmonton Trail. Amazing!! I'm Italian and I was looking for the real Italian pizza...I got it! Amazing Italian people making the real Italian pizza. Gentle,kind...I felt at home, Italian music, Italian soccer game on the TV. ❤️❤️ I'll be back soon!
