One of the best Ramen in Calgary. We tried multiple others, this one is the best and closest to authentic Japanese ramen. We ordered the chicken, pork, and tried the spicy ramen. We love their chicken chasyu the most. It’s tender and tasty yet it keeps the chicken flavour. I also love their spicy paste on top of the spicy noodle. Shio ramen is very good, さっぱり! I appreciate when a fish and seafood restaurant uses a little bit of bleach to clean the floors and counters . It can get a bit stinky and musty Shen seafood is prepared by the tables .

Ramen was a good price, and the broth was tasty, but overall mostly noodles with the biggest piece of pork mostly fat. Very simple with a tiny bit of greens and one egg besides noodles and pork. Had to wait 45 minutes for the ramen. Nice place but the dish was pretty boring and I didn't want to spend $10+ upgrading the dish.
