After a morning gym session, I stopped by this diner for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, and I was greeted with a generous mug of hot coffee. Opting for the southwestern omelet, I found it to be delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors and ingredients. The portion size was satisfying, leaving me feeling energized for the day ahead. Overall, a great spot for a hearty post-workout meal.
For people living in Calgary I am sure they have heard of this fantastic breakfast lunch place.For someone that does not live in the Calgary area I would highly recommend if you get a chance to have breakfast to go here.I had the Benny's with brisket and it is the best Benny's I've ever had in my life.Our server Haley was incredibly entertaining, with personality and charm.Anyone eating in Calgary for breakfast this would be the best choice and the one downtown.

Such a great experience at this location. We usually have gone to the Ramsay location but the wait time was a bit long for us so we popped into this location on 4th. I had the Benny with bacon, arugula and balsamic glaze. Sooo good! My hubby had the chorizo hash and he quite enjoyed it. I also ordered the ham/ corn chowder and I was in my happy place.
