“This Timmies is close to my home so I started going there and have become a 5 times a week client. The staff is very friendly & personable. They remember my name and greet me by name. Most of the afternoon team, which is went I go mostly, remember my beverage which I order. When I order food is come in a timely fashion. “You might want to adjust the lighting timer in the bathrooms I went in just to go pee and all the lights went off luckily I had my phone on me so I was able to use my flashlight to get out of the stall once I was out of the stall the light sensor came back on. I was not in there for long so this would cause problems for people being in there longer and children getting scared with the light going off and it being pitch black inside“

“One of the better Tim's in the City, although the quality of food has gone down considerably. They don't even put butter or sauce/mayo or ranch on the last few sandwichs we had. The bread and sandwich was inedible due to the dryness and stale bread. They no longer have Honey Mustard available for the sandwiches either. Really sad that the food quality has deteriorated. Also they're is always 1 person sitting for ages in the only comfy chair seating by the fireplace, and usually not even having any coffee or Tim's product. We have observed this on many occassions. They should not allow people to just sit there on their phone or computer for over an hour, taking up a 4 seat spot without purchasing a coffee or anything. I know this is difficult for staff to monitor but it certainly deters us as regulars and others to visit this location.“

I come here almost everyday and the staff are friendly, always have what I want in stock, and get my order right every time.I highly recommend using the app to order ahead. Depending on the time of day, if you just walk in and order at the front counter sometimes it can take more than 15 mins for them to even put your order in, even if there are only 3 or 4 customers ahead of you. It definitely feels like they pay more attention to the drive thru. That said, they struggle a bit with alternating drive thru orders properly, so be prepared for multiple cars to go through one side at a time!“

“My go-to Tims when I'm in the area. We do a company breakfast for the guys at the shop. The tims team does a great job. We order for 14 to 19 people and the food and coffee are still nice and warm after a 7 minute. Food is always ready on time and order is correct. Managers get to know you and are very friendly. The one manager runs a few restaurants and is always willing to help even touches base with me after orders to make sure everthing is up to my expectations.“

That’s how my partner and I found ourselves at the Tim Hortons near Gate C50 in YYC. Arriving just after 7AM for our flight into Vancouver, we thought it best to get a light bite and start our morning off right. The lineup at this location was steady, but the staff handled it well. We got our Asiago Specialty Bagel w/ Cream Cheese + bottle of water in good time. Not being overly hungry, we split the bagel and water. After our experience at this unit of Tim’s, I’m both amused and befuddled by the string of recent poor ratings. Customer service during our visit wasn’t “slow and unhelpful;” quite the contrary! And I certainly wouldn’t be overly dramatic and call this the “worst Tim Hortons in Canada.” That’s just silly. But then, I’m not surprised by the negativity. As I’ve written in other reviews of fast-food or chain restaurants, people just seem inclined to complain about every little thing. Even if past experiences have generally been positive, the moment something goes wrong, the review typically starts like this: “I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good, BUT this time they dropped the ball!” Indeed, we’re silent when things are good, but quick to play the critic if something isn’t quite to our liking. It’s funny in a sad way. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 5/5 RECOMMENDATION: Tim Hortons is a Canadian icon of sorts. You will see them all over this country in large cities and small towns.
