“We ordered a couple burger meals and a salad at the take out window. Staff are friendly, food tasted good but someone messed up: we got a spoon and knife in the bag to eat our salad with…. sadly, we had to wait until we got home later to eat it.“
“This review is based on my third visit for breakfast at this location.The food has been very consistent, in a good way. The food is always fresh, with the breakfast potatoes being a highlight. The breakfast sandwiches themselves are good, and would highly recommend the croissant bun instead of the biscuit. The biscuit is too dry.The service... that could use some improvement.I really don't know why the dining area is closed for breakfast, but it is.Now, the service is better than when Wendys first served breakfast, but still could use improving.I have ordered through the mobile app the past few times. The first time they weren't able to find my order. The second time they had my order, but took a bit of time to prepare it. The third time, they had my order ready, but my name didn't show up on the order.There are some kinks, but the experience is getting better with each visit.“
“I was never a fan of Wendy's but I've gone a few times now and am a huge fan of their burgers and... Oh. My.god. their fries have drastically improved and now they are in direct competition with McDicks for SURE! I tried the chicken fingers and french toast and was also pleasantly surprised by the French toast ❤️Good job Wendy! Or... Whomever.“
“We stopped here for some lunch on our way home and found this Wendy's restaurant to be one of the better ones we have been to. The staff were attentive and got our orders right, the restaurant was clean and overall it was a great experience!“
“It was not very nice outside, so we ordered Door Dash.I don’t know what happened to the driver, but it was close to an hour when I was texting with him and told him I would pick up my own food.When I arrived at Wendy’s to get it, of course it had been sitting there for nearly an hour.The shift supervisor came over and she would not let me take it, she said, “You can’t have that! It’s been sitting far too long!”They promptly made me a fresh order, and it was perfect.That is great service!“
“I called in advance to ask if they still had the fish sandwich, and was told they did. When I went through the drive thru, I was told they didn't have it.Update: This is still one of the best Wendy's in Calgary in terms of quality, so I've increased my service rating. However, they still need to make sure they're on point when answering questions over the phone.“
“I absolutely love Wendy's. But Wendy's you're a lot like a lot of other restaurants. You need to train and teach your employees how to properly hand change back or do you actually know how to hand change back? You don't just throw the chains in the dollar bills together. You properly hand the change back by saying how much the total was and how much they are getting back. I got money back. My bills were even folded up. “This location has been renovated. Modern look. Personnaly don’t like it, missing a little bit of color or something is off. No music playing, the place was completely empty. Place is not busy at all. Food was as usual very good and price decent. Overall experience 6/10Parking: You will never have difficulty to park here. Lots of parking spots.“

“My kids feel this is 1 of a couple Wendy's in the city that are run properly compared to other fast food burger places. Last time at another location we went too SE Calgary, had been so dissappointed we had to hit up a Five Guys to save supper.“
“Ordered through Skip. Unfortunately, half of our order was missing! We had to go and pick up the missing items. On-site manager was very apologetic. Not exactly sure who was at fault. Wendy's claim that the driving missed a bag. In any event, the manager was quick to apologize and make us fresh food for the items missing.. mistakes happen - I can accept that- 4 stars are for the quick and great customer service from the manager.“

“Come here a lot with my hot butch friend she buys me food. Always fast in the drive thru and nice, y'all the real ones working so late. Catch me getting two cheesy cheddars, large fries, Jr van frosty, and sometimes chicken nuggets. I come thru in my pajamas idc we out here being comfy and eating food. Don't let angry customers get to you I work service too people are cringe but I appreciate y'all <3“
“Went through the drive through and it was speedy, they got my order right, and it tasted good as expected.I wish that Wendy's had better kids toys but I can imagine it's hard to compete with Macdonalds toys.I have no complaints about the store or service it was good ?“

“OMG. I found my new Wendy's. It's just unfortunate, but it's probably better for my budget that it is in the far northwest, and I live in the far northeast. Fries are crispy with soft centers. Best in my opinion. Service and attitude are the best, drive thru window makes sure you get what you are ordering. Haven't had quality food or service since Gulf Canada Square before the pandemic shutdown.“
