A DELIGHTFUL DINING EXPERIENCE, EVEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME.It was our first time visiting Quatro Bistro in Canmore Alberta. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Very delicious asian food from different asian cultures including Thai and Filipino among others. We had pork sisig and pad thai and both were superb and served piping hot. It wasn't on the menu but they made us an amazing halo halo. If you haven't had halo halo dessert, try it. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful.Atmosphere is casual.

Seated quickly and served right away despite a good sized supper crowd. Our food was ready in record time and the spiciness level was exactly to my liking. Someone at the table was quoted to have said “So delicious! We need to come back again.”
