I am not a calzone expert, no idea what an authentic calzone is supposed to taste like. Honestly doesn't matter, because Bautista's calzone made me happy. Everything was fresh, crispy, gooey, spicy, savory, all the flavors and textures I enjoy. I was the only person there today, and that shouldn't be. You should go there on the weekend, find their food truck, or take home frozen calzones. Bautista's deserves your business, and you deserve their calzones.
Battista's Calzone is pure perfection! The crust is crispy outside and soft inside, making it amazing! The cheesy goodness is perfect, with all the tasty flavors that hits the right spots. The portion size is just right, leaving even me happily satisfied. Without a doubt, a solid 5/5, the best Calzone I've had in a long time!
