“I worked at subway for a few years in the past and this subway does everything that other subways don't. Appropriate amount of cheese on the herb and cheese bread, they aren't stingy with the veggies, very clean, and have the prettiest ladies of all time working there.“

“I been here about 4 times. I never had a problem here. I usually order the same thing. I know what I want before I even come in. Its either the cold cut trio or spicy Italian. Same toppings as always. I come in and wait until its my time. Then I say hello and tell them what I want. Sometimes they put less or more of the toppings I want. Its all good. “We were pleased to have been served by Gill this evening! It was a busy night at around 7:40 on this long weekend and Gill still personally greeted us at the door. He was SOOO friendly and connected with us right away. He was all by himself and still was able to hustle making our sandwiches perfect while still serving the other customers. “My 5 star review is based entirely on the amazing staff that is here not management/the owners or restaurant itself. The two ladies working tonight were amazing and made my sub perfectly even dealing with a long line and multiple Uber/DoorDash orders coming in. They were even kind and smiled and asked how my day was while being ran off their feet.To management/owners do better for your staff. Consistently when I go there during dinner rush you have only 2 employees working. Those 2 employees have to make all orders for customers walking in and also deal with all the delivery orders. It’s clearly it isn’t an issue with people not coming in etc it’s you as owners/ management not willing to pay extra people to work. You have some amazing staff and will lose them if you don’t do better.“

“I went to this location for the first time tonight. The lady at the till was kind and attentive, the service was quick, and the food was decent, although there was an error with my order. I would've opted for three stars, but the prompt and cordial response from the area manager, which I was not expecting at all, made me give it four. I am sure it's to keep an area clean when it's not so busy but it gave me the impression that either something was wrong with the restaurant or they are not busy enough. Kinda felt like leaving when I saw that. Don't encourage your customer to generate those types of thoughts. Just leave it open, it gives much more customer comfort and options to sit if they choose.Dietary restrictions: Subway is great for Gluten free buns and food prep.“

“I never had a problem here. Its the same experience I have with every other Subway. I come in and say hello and could I get the cold cut trio and tell them what toppings I want. If one of the toppings like the tomatoes look a little freezer burned. I just don't ask for it, its all good.One time they put so much jalapeños it was so spicy. I still ate it! “I think most ppl don't understand that they are trained to put a certain amount on your sub but they take NO issues to you asking for extra. I visit this store monthly and they always greet me with a smile even if they're smoking busy. They have been lined up out the door and I will still wait as I love the employees so much. “Honestly, I’ve been eating at this location my whole life (I grew up a block away) and in that 20 plus years, I’ve never ever had an issue. The staff has always been amazing, and they even handled COVID with absolute ease. The upsetting part is the last 2 or 3 in person visits have been bad and I’ve had the worst luck ordering in app. But you know what? These little inconveniences won’t ruin my opinion on this location being probably the best in Edmonton. I have found that the teenagers that have been hired as of recently are a bit on the lazy side and sloppy but I’m keeping hopes high it’s just because they’re new. I would like to give a couple special mentions though to Paul and Karen (I think is her name, im not sure if she’s still here I haven’t seen her in about a year) also as they have some of the best customer service and really do seem to care about the things that happen, whether it’s an in person situation or an email survey! Thank you guys so much for keeping myself and my family fed all these years and never letting us down.
