Whenever I'm working out of town (YEG) I like trying local places and was hoping to find a good shawarma place n this one definitely didn't dissapoint. I tried the mixed platter I think it's called and the chicken is prob one of the yummiest chicken I've ever tried, not an exaggeration either, the garlic sauce... I just love that. I need to find a recipe for that sauce or where I can buy it. That chicken tho... ?
