Service is pretty standard as far as time deliverr but it's a different atmosphere since it is outdated. Unsure of if its a franchise or not.. But I've seen some McDonald's where it makes you wanna stay just because of the atmosphere, even if its just to eat outside in your vehicle.
I went to Macdonalds in Thickwood this afternoon and had one of the great experiences I have had in a restaurant. I ordered through the drive thru and the customer service and kindness of the lady on the drive thru was just amazing. I had to ask her name to recognize her. Her name is Henzel Torramocha. After I had completed the order, my friend asked me for a coffee. When I went to the drive thru, I asked Henzel, if I could order a coffee as well. She greeted me with a nice smile...read full review
