Downtown one is better. I ordered a pizza with garlic sauce base; first time I ordered i asked for extra there was very little and second time i asked for normal sauce there was practically none. when I order at the downtown one the actually put sauce. also the toppings are not very fresh and the pizza dough was expanded in places making it look deformed although that wasnt that bad
Awesome place, great people, great food. But corporate needs to lean how a phone works and how to answer it. All calls go to a call center and unfortunately it seems like they only hire the hard of hearing. After placing my order I was on hold for 45 minutes to try and add a note to the order to come to the side door but I was still listening to garbage elevator music by the time the deliveryman arrived to the wrong door. Cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen from the counter area view. Friendly staff and mostly I’ve known for awhile now since I’ve been ordering from them for almost 12yrs now. I never get dissapointed everytime I order. I always get hot and fresh food from them. keep up the good work guys.
