“Had take out dinner tonight, and Connor helped us. He was quiet, polite, and a great maker of sandwiches. He’s been the most pleasant subway employee I’ve ever come across in grande prairie/peace region. He needs a raise, and one week paid vacation stat. He was apologizing way to much over super small miscommunications, that shouldn’t happen. I’ve managed retail for over 10 years, he needs a raise if he’s gunna be treated so badly by customers or others. He felt the need to apologize over nothing while serving us. “I never leave reviews for restaurants, but I felt compelled to, after receiving such excellent service from the young lady who was working this evening. Not sure what the employee's name is, but she around was working at the Resources Road outlet around 5pm Friday December 22, 2023. The young lady was super friendly and helpful, very informative and really seemed to take pride in her work. Wished service everywhere was this awesome.“
“I go to this location often as I work in the mall. They are always awesome. However I wanted to highlight an interaction I observed between one of their sandwich artists and a customer with visible disabilities. I could hardly hear the person and the artist got everything she was saying in one try. I was blown away with her level of understanding and how she treated the person with great respect. Kudos to you. Sometimes I see terrible service in GP. Especially in the food industry. But y'all are doing amazing!“

“Subway artist was terrific-fast, efficient and friendly! Lots of parking and very clean shop. Great seat and spacious. Some kind of shade or screening needed on the windows as the afternoon sun shines in the eyes of the artist and reflects off the counter in customer’s eyes.“
