Nice fresh burgers always.A little shy with the salad as I always get XTRA when ordering online.Usually very good.Best lettuce. A&W could learn from Wendy's and not be so scabby with their salads.The only place where you can get a burger and it looks like the picture.Keep up the great work!
I normally wouldn't gripe since you can't burgers or food for that matter much cheaper at any other fast food place, but I think it's a tipping point now. Like I said, it's cheap, so I'm not paying for quality and therefore I won't make any comments on that. However, I just dashed the same thing I've ordered over 10x now, and this time they send me two burgers without buns. The staff in back of house were talking loudly and rudely about customers, betting that we "probably would even clean up after ourselves". We wanted to order something additional before we left and the person who seemed to be in charge made eye contact with me at the counter and then walked away. 5 min no one came back to take the order? The girl who took our order looked miserable and muttered everything and looked so mad when I said "I'm sorry, pardon?". Boo
