“Very much enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. The fries, burgers and endless softdrink refills were all very satisfying. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, as the seating area, windows, and washrooms were very clean, and as it slowed down, they were finding areas such as the soft drink machines and such to clean as well. Also, having table service that delivers your meal was a nice touch as well. Our family will certainly return, as we all enjoyed our first experience at this franchise.“

Ill never get food from opa again. side potatoes cost $5.10 I received about half a potato, 3 slices one normal, one med, one small. chicken gyro skewer $5.30 ( four dice sized peices of chicken) over half of the skewer stick empty. wanted a ceaser salad for work lunch the next day, paid $9.59 for a fistfull salad with 4 croutons and about a 1" chunk of bacon as bits Opa used to be good, now they are complete con artists. “Arbys is so under rated! This location makes sure your food comes out hot and fresh. Recommend the jalapeño beef and cheddar, the mozzarella sticks and the curly fries! I do wish they still had the sliders, they have changed those to a slightly bigger version called juniors now. Overall I recommend this Arbys.“

“I ordered California Rolls and a beef and shrimp noodle bowl to go. The rice was a bit dry but they were OK. The noodle bowl on the other hand was great. A bit shy on the beef but the flavour was real good. The service was very good and fast. The girl befind the counter was a huge help, as I didn't know what I wanted. (nothing raw) I will definately order from here again. They need to have options for delivery though because I'll NEVER order through "Skip the Dishes"“
“I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty picky sometimes when it comes to my customer service! I've always provided fantastic service to people, so I guess I'm partially disillusioned that it should just be happening like that everywhere for everyone! But sadly it is not! However, Avery at the Mayor McGrath location showed me that fantastic customer service is still out there!!! She was so sweet, put up with me and still made me feel like I was so special even though I know I was a bit of a pain! Haha Thank you Avery! So many people in customer service should take some lessons from you!! DQ is lucky to have you!!“
