I ordered door dash and my fries weren't included. So a little disappointed. They said I can come and pick up fries when I'm out next time, but that didn't help at the time.
I always enjoyed coming to Wendy’s but in the last 6 months this location has gone down hill fast. On one occasion we ordered and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window as service was so slow and only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window I had to give my order again and wait another 10 minutes. No apology and very rude staff. When we got home order was totally wrong. I called and all they said was come back! No apology! We decided to try again tonight and again...read full review

Entree salads have downsized overall. The chicken in the Caesar salad isn't as good, only one salad dressing included now. I used to recommend Wendy's for their amazing salads but definitely not hitting the mark anymore!
