Quality of Food and service should always be the highest priority. The Bistro is a "home run".If you haven't eaten here then you are missing out on a fabulous experience.The Mrs tried the Halibut and I enjoyed the tenderloin.Portions were surprisingly larger than expected. The taste was superb.You must have the sticky toffee pudding.Ya gotta eat here.
Our host Ed was very good. We arrived early. Appy's with our wine. Then soups. Then our main course. It was all wonderful. Well timed and delicious. The dessert of Sticky Toffee Pudding was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend The Bistro.

The meal was excellent as well as the service & the entire experience! Glad to have had the opportunity to get a reservation especially on Valentines Day and given the owners are soon retiring the restaurant....Definitely a gem in Okotoks!
