Panago Pizza

I ordered 3 pizzas online. They were 15-20 min late being made.When I arrived there were 4-5 teenage boys just hanging around by the till in regular skate clothes and 2 people making pizza’s.They were not wearing masks, nor keeping socially distanced. The 5 boys appeared to just be messing about by the till.Customer service was poor, and I eventually had to ask for my pizzas.The fellow before me, had to return to Panago as they gave him the incorrect pizza.Poor optics. Product and service seems to have gone down hill. We ordered a medium Panago Classic yesterday and picked it up four minutes after their due time. It was room temperature, which suggests it was premade, or a cancelled order. This added to the mandatory tip requirement has soured our view of Panago in Okotoks, AB.

Disappointed about the location closing in my area! Please update the app! Not so sure if deliveries from the next town over are going to be successful as it is 10 dollar delivery charge and double time for delivery. Same pizza same quality but please update the website as my expectation was order to door in about 30 to hour tops, but with this scenario it is hard on the delivery drivers and missed expectations for the customer.
