I am thankful for a cashier named Emma, I had come in the evening of Oct.18/23 at 6:51 pm to get a meal to take with me while visiting a friend in the hospital, I had come in and was coughing, trying to do my order and pay, she put my payment through and without asking handed me a small water. So Thank you very much for your kindness Emma, with everything going on with me, you were truly wonderful. I appreciate your help. Please keep up the fantastic job.
Freshing to have great customer service from staff. It's annoying when people do not make eye contact and say "I will be with you in just a moment" when they are doing another task.Anyway the lady who served us was really customer service orientated. Aside from the snitty girl at the window, it is always a good experience. When we go in itself staff is always great. I have frequently gotten the same blonde girl at the drive-through window, and she is never pleasant, I don't think she has a smile mechanism. The food is always cooked perfectly.
