This location continually forgets items. Today I ordered breakfast, checked the bag before leaving, and realised they forgot a sausage and egg McMuffin. They rectified the matter but it wasn't until I got home that I realised they also forgot the hash browns. Normally I'd shrug it off and not write a review of it but this is ongoing occurrence with them and I've kind of had it. If you have to order from this place, check the bag before leaving!
Everyone seems friendly enough, but I just feel so uneasy in this location. I am giving 3 stars because of the toilet paper dispenser in the women's washroom being located at the knees and no paper towels.

The food is always cold there was only one item that was warm... not hot... warm and they said it had just come out I'm honestly so tired of this chain of "restaurants" the quality is always the worst staff is fantastic and friendly usually always however the food is always cold or the fryer oil is so old you can taste it.
