“It depends on how which unit/store you go to.The drive thru is a convenient add on but... I can see from my apartment in the morning usually 8-9 cars deep.If your so crazy for the greatest coffee and doughnuts I would highly recommend to get off your tush park in their parking lot and get in and out in about 10mins versus 15min in line.Oh don't forget about the? tempers until they get the fix and finally, the gas you wasted waiting when you could buy some more sweets and another coffee ☕ for a buddy at work ?. Have a great day.A loyal customer ?.“
“I reviewed this place some time ago, and it wasn't exactly glowing. Since then their staff has changed quite a bit. The managers who were shouting at staff are gone, and new people have taken old roles. The atmosphere is totally different. Even when things are rushed, they have time for smiles and jokes among themselves. Seems like mostly a great bunch of people!“
“I don't eat Tim's much, the bread is too dry. Some people like that, I do not. They never have what I want available so I often have to substitute. I am a daily coffee drinker, multiple times a day and am always greeted with friendliness and a welcoming feeling.“
“Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall.“
“They were awesome! Very friendly and polite. The battle axe in front of me screaming at the girls working there because she was upset however was terrible. To anyone reading this if you're going to cause a big scene, "call head office" and just be all around miserable over a $2 coffee... do everyone else in the city a favor and stay home. They don't need people like you in there. The company will just fine without your business.“
“This tim hortons was alright. The inside was a little smaller than most, with the space not being utilized to maximize dining capacty. The line up moved really slow, despire only two orders being ahead of mine I waited about 4 minutes. The food and drink I ordered were very good though.Vegetarian options: In the category of sweets and desserts, there are plenty of meat free items available. qParking: A big parking lot attatched to the store, with wheelchair accessiblity.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking spots, etcDietary restrictions: Lots of meat free items.“
“Went through drive thru for breakfast around 7:15 am. Several vehicles in line but everything moved super fast. We didn't have to wait for our order, and the order was both correct and satisfactory. The lady at the window was not friendly and it wouldn't take any extra time to say good morning or thank you or have a great day. Room for improvement on that issue. Otherwise great“
“Have been here many times as I work close to them, they are always very friendly people!! They Try There Best In Keeping The Customer's Happy!! They Are A Very Clean Store!! They Have Locks On The Bathrooms Which In This City Is For Sure Needed! Somtimes Annoying Having To Ask For Codes, But Rather Be Safe!! Food And Drink Is Always Fresh! The Drive Thru Is Always Opened At 10:30-11!!Love this Tims!!Vegetarian options: Veggie Wraps And BowlParking: Many Spots To ParkWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair Parking, Bathrooms and doors“
“Always gets my order right but not always the best at getting someone to help you.Kid-friendliness: Menu items for both adults and kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors will open with the press of a button and there is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.“
“Great customer service at store front counter! She is fairly new. White hair with glasses. I'm going to catch her name next time. Sorry. The staff I deal with when I am in there always friendly and great you. Have to admit they do make the best donuts always filled and the best food and coffee out of all the Tim's I have been to in Red Deer. It is my go-to place!“
