“We go to this place for their Sunday special, the turkey dinner is very tasty with steamed veggies served hot. And their bread pudding and ice cream sundae for dessert is so good. Very reasonable price for dinner $9.99 . Can’t beat that for a delicious meal. There’s always a line up to get in, so get there early. Friendly staff as well. Our go to restaurant for some quick dine out meal on Sundays.“
“We tried the very first night of the taco buffet. The service was fabulous. The selection on the buffet was very good. Most of the items were also very good. I do have a few reasons for not giving a full five stars. 1. The beef taco meat really needed more seasoning. 2. The churros were very hard, which I assume was a timing issue. 3. If you look at the buffet menu that I've uploaded with this review, you will see Mexican sodas listed as part of the buffet menu. This implies that at least one would be included with the buffet. The deep fried ice cream on the menu is listed the same way and is included. The sodas are not included. There is absolutely nothing on the menu to make this distinction. At a minimum they should warn you when you order a Mexican soda that it is not included. Even better, due to the way the buffet menu is written, they should warn you before you start your buffet. I should have asked, and they should have made it more clear.“
“While the food still tasted good, it's definitely different. We usually get the same burgers when we get Fat Burger but the size of the burgers seemed so much smaller than they used to be. Our toddler's fries box had only a handful of fries compared to how much he has gotten in the past.“

“Been to this location multiple times and the food is always fresh, the beer is always cold and fresh and the service is great! Never disappointed with our experience. The only reason why I'm giving not 5 stars for the food is because I feel the butter chicken could have had more chicken. Everything else I've gotten there had great portions. “I took my family there last week ( 2 kids , mom, dad and sister ) for a brunch. Sanaa was amazing!!!! She was very attentive, kind and patient with the whole group. She was very helpful and fun with my kids , even though, they can take forever to order something on the menu.? She is my favorite waitress from now on.I love their portion sizes and the food was very good. We've been to your location 2 or 3 times and every time, we appreciate the service, but Sanaa goes above and beyond.“

Incredible cocktails, fresh ingredients (best blackberries I’ve ever had), and the new owners are incredible hosts.Took my friends here and they all thought that it was the best cocktail bar that they have been to in Edmonton.Try the Zombie cocktail and the espresso martini is to die for. Ask for lights (they have light up coasters that enhance the experience).The owner spoke to us personally and asked for our names. When we left the bar, there was a digital sign that had all of our names on it and thanked us personally for our patronage.Book this place out for your classy birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and work functions.And, while you’re at it, make it your local spot to grab a drink. “I stopped in for a beer and sandwich as I completed some errands downtown. I had my golden retriever with me and didn’t want to leave her in the vehicle. Even though the patio wasn’t prepared and not officially open, the team here were quick to accommodate. Josie the pup and I sat on the comfortable patio in the sun and ate the delicious clubhouse stack and top shelf Caesar salad. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Amazing food, beer and people. Highly recommend. Ty, Taylor and Christina were memorable.“
“This is my favorite pizza place in Edmonton by far. Our family like to order a range of food and from other places, the pizza will be good but the wings will suck or vice versa. At Monty's the wings were crispy, the pizza was awesome (the kebab pizza is the bomb) and the baked Lasagne might cause me to get a divorce because I told my wife it was better than hers.“
“The manager here is absolutely amazing! We were here at 6pm dinner rush and he was up at the till running orders through, making sure his staff knew if anything was changed in the order, he even came around and made sure everything was good while we were eating. He was calm while fast and the workers were following his lead, they were very fast but not rushing anyone, and being attentive. Would 10/10 recommend!“

“Rick and Alice's has been feeding me since way back when they owned a restaurant on Whyte Ave 30 years ago, and their food has been excellent every time. Alice is the friendly font end lady that makes you feel welcome, Rick (and others) cook a good meal every time. I used to go there with a good buddy for breakfast on Saturday's for 10 or 12 years. Although we tried other breakfast places periodically, we always gravitated back to Rick and Alice's grill. Nothing but the best experience every time!Kid-friendliness: My kids love the place. “We had our wedding reception at the University Club 40 years ago. This past weekend I had a surprise retirement party there for my husband. It was as remarkable as our wedding. From the planning team to the servers, everyone went out of their way to assist me. You cannot beat the view. I was running out of time both setting up and taking down the party, and staff seemed to appear from nowhere to help out. The food was delightful and served hot and on time. Jim, the upstairs manger, should receive a gold medal for his service. Nothing is too small or too big for him to tackle. Lovely, sweet wait staff. “I've been meaning to try out Sodo for awhile and I'm happy to report that it lived up to my expectations! I met up with a friend around 5:30 for an early dinner on a Thursday night and we were the only people there. I was surprised as I'd heard reservations are recommended as it can get busy. It turns out we were just early though. By the time we left a couple hours later, the place had filled up with a large group who were clearly regulars. The vibe completely changed from a quiet dinner spot to a great hangout venue. I'd definitely like to come back on a Friday to see how it feels when it's really busy. They have a fairly small food menu but it has a few options for vegetarians to choose from. The spicy habanero pasta was on special and I really enjoyed it. I also tried 2 of their house cocktails, both of which happened to be set on fire tableside in some capacity. The War & Peace was my favourite - scotch, bourbon, St. Germain, and cherry whiskey, smoked with applewood - very smooth and smoky.“

“I used to quite enjoy this place. My colleagues and I would go for beer and nachos after work every so often. Last time we went we found out that nachos were no longer on the menu except for lunch, so sadly we will have to find a new spot. The peanut butter stout is always a great beer choice though.“
