Enjoyed a breakfast with my brother at Flame. You can’t beat this place for price and quality of food. As a small business they go out of their way to ensure you are happy with the meal and service. It’s located a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the extra minute or two of travel time. Skip the chain restaurants and support a small local business. You can literally taste the difference. Enjoy.
Absolutely love going to Flame Kitchen. Definitely sad they no longer are open for Dinner as it was a favourite place to go, however they have amazing breakfasts and lunch - wide variety on the menu and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating.

Definitely a hidden gem. Only complaint is we waited for over 50 minutes and there was only one other table occupied when we walked in.The food was delicious, hot and more than enough as a serving. Their potato soup was the best I've had in a long time. Our server was friendly and efficient filling water, checking on us and remembering a takeout order before we left. Their breakfast looks so good and next on the agenda. Try this place out, you won't be sorry.
