We picked up Burgerfi for dinner last night and after biting into the burger and feeling some strange resistance..I realised that there was still a piece of parchment attached to the cheese that they used? so keep an eye out if you order from here again.

I got a waygu ceo they brought me a beef patty with a piece of cheese on it. The frys are overly soggy and I paid 15 for a tiny burger. Kids chicken meal was $25 for two kids. Talk about over priced garbage. Please save your money. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The food was tasty, but portions were pretty small for the price paid. Burger was around the size of a slider. With the addition of fries (admittedly they were pretty good) and a drink, my total was $33 and some change. I tip for sit down restaurants and table service, but the checkout machine errored when I tried to put no tip for for grabbing the food myself :(

Took the family out for burgers, and we decided on this place because we've eaten here in the past, and it's been a good value for the money.Today was not good. We paid $30 for two burgers and an order of fries. Our orders were incorrect, but that can be forgiven because it was incredibly busy, and the employees were obviously working their butts off.The quality just wasn't there, though. I'd put it on par with McDonald's or Wendy's. Unfortunately, we're gonna be avoiding this place for the foreseeable future. There are local options with better burgers.

Good service and atmosphere, but I hate to say it, I've never had anything good here. It's very rare I leave a low rating. It had good presentation, but the flavor and texture were at a very low rating for each item ordered.

I agree with a lot of the recent reviews of this place. They used to make pretty decent burgers. Now it seems to have gone downhill quite a bit. I ordered a double patty cheeseburger and got a burger with 2 really small, like McDonalds happy meal sized patties that were way overcooked. With the price of the burger I would expect better quality food. I thought maybe that was an off day and came back a few weeks later to give it another chance. Same thing. Very small overcooked patties. For some reason I came back a few weeks after that since a friend wanted to meet up there. Well fool me three times, same tiny overcooked patties. Like it was almost humorous as if it was some sort of prank how small the patties were. The fries were at least decent and they give you a good helping of those, though the quantity of fries seems pretty random at times. The shakes are also pretty decadent and tasty, so I gave an extra star for that. But I cannot get over how bad their burgers are.The soda machines also appeared to be down constantly. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but definitely no where near as good as they were when they opened. The people working there were at least nice. The place was a bit dirty though.

Our family comes here about once per week. Recently the staff have been rude and treat us like we are a burden. For example, last week they started closing up early and acted like we were over staying our welcome, but the place didn't close for another hour. I usually have to ask for someone to come to the front counter, and am more often than not met with rudeness or an apathetic "what do you want", when ordering. I've also overheard them complaining about customers on multiple occasions. As for the food, it's a bit overpriced, but I can get past that. The most frustrating thing I've run into recently has been their MOLDY BUNS! I've had this happen twice now, both times at the Midtown location. It appears there is very little QC with the food. This is just what I could see, makes me wonder what else is rotton.Today I had an employee come to the register (after I got their attention) throw their hat off to the nearest counter, and start rubbing their hair and face while they took my order. I had to ask them to wash their hands! ?To sum this up, I don't trust the food coming out of here anymore and am not impressed with the service. I'd suggest skipping past this burger joint and going somewhere else if you have the option.

The food was amazing! The service was friendly, if you don't mind a little wait during busy lunch time it's a wonderful bite to eat!Parking: Midtown Mall has plenty of parking both on Benson and Northern lights side of the mall.Kid-friendliness: There is a pleasant family atmosphere here inside the mall.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible entrances to the mall.

I wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely ridiculous experience. Payed $38 for two burgers and a large fry. The size of the fries alone for $11 was alarming. Ordered to go inside the facility, when getting home took out the food out the burger was absolutely charred and inedible. I called and asked to speak with a manager, Dominic, in absolutely no way is he suitable to be a manager. He said he would require proof that our food was not edible and to drive back to the restaurant. Upon entering, he kept asking me for a receipt when the lady who took my order didn’t give me one. I returned to the store less then thirty minutes after the order was placed and handed out and had the messed up food with me. He was extremely unprofessional and handled the interaction ridiculously. Will not be returning, disgusting!!!

$66 for 2 adults and a toddler. I should have went to freaking Texas Roadhouse for those prices and for a dry unflavored burger and burnt fries.

First its was hard to get past the automatic tip option on the card reader. I don't tip for someone taking my order at a fast food restaurant. actually it was pretty slow service, guess they had to overcook the meat and fries. so I got a overpriced double burger, fries and soda $18. I couldn't believe 3.50 for a soda. could have went to my car and drank the $1 16oz soda i just bought from the store. they do have beer, that's a plus. so one soda/ice machine was down. the mustard was empty. Fries were over cooked. and the burger meat was nasty had so choke it down. would have been better off going to Wendy's.Went home and pulled a burger out of my freezer and pan fried it and put it together just like Burgerfi. It tasted great and only cost me one tomato. So that's the last time I go to Burgerfi

My partner and I went Today for their $5 Ultimate bacon cheeseburger with a purchase of a soft drink deal going for this day only. They advertised 2 hamburger patties but what we got was a dried single patty. They explained that is because we are in Alaska and only get one patty. Bad advertisement. The burger was what appeared to be a jr with added bacon, so small my partner left still hungry and the patty was dry and cold to boot, the whole burger was cold. The only thing fresh was the bacon. We purchased an order of their regular fry, well they were old as well. We couldn’t believe are luck. Very disappointing.

Went there for the special Ultimate bacon cheeseburger $5 special with purchase of drink. Got it and was served a junior overcooked single burger. They even had an advertisement and photo of an Ultimate bacon cheeseburger and it has two full sized patties. Had a side of fries with it as well and the $6 fries were subpar and not fresh. This is as close as one get to false advertising. The bacon was fresh and the customer service was very good, even left a $3.50 tip. I have ate there in the past and was very good.Parking: It’s in a mall location, so it could fill up but we had good parking.

One of the worst burgers I had in long time. Patty was ridiculously small and the buns were cold - all this for over $12.00 per burger.

Excellent burger made just the way I like it. Tho onion rings could be a meal by itself. Friendly staff. A great quick lunch on a busy work day.
