Copperriver Seafoods Cordova Processing plant employee 2018, 2019, 2020. Every year I worked for this company I hoped it would get better not it only got worse for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to work for this company. I witnessed and experienced harrassment by management, I lost my job position the day after reporting inappropriate treatment from immediate supervisor. I am still being harassed by not being given my bonus and reimbursements until I was told I need to first sign a Release of Claims agreement. I will not stop sharing my experience because it is wrong

Ripped off. The quality of the fish is good. I ordered $280.00 of seafood to be shipped to Washington state. Every single piece of fish that was advertised as 8 oz. each was under weight by an ounce or more. I addressed it with Tammie and she said she'd make it right so I ordered another $220 and same thing. They ripped me off again. I left 3 messages and no one returned my calls. It's obvious now they're dishonest.

I made an order the middle of May, did not receive fish on delivery date. Was told next day they would send out my order with an extra 2 lbs. That order was also not delivered. Made phone calls to them almost every day, while they lie to me telling me they are going to send the order. Sent emails with no response. 2 weeks later I get ahold of someone and they tell me they will send out my order again, but changed the extra fish promised to a different kind of fish. These people have held onto my money since I have placed the order. This cannot be a trust worthy company and I will be filing a claim with my credit card company to make sure my money will be returned. I have never had any trouble ordering from other Alaskan fish companies before. Be careful if you think about ordering from them.

I recently ordered some sockeye filets as a thank you gift for my son and his family. Like an idiot, I gave his address from memory, which turned out to be incorrect. I got a call from Tammy telling me that they were notified by UPS that the address was not valid, so she called me to verify. After giving her the correct address, she said she would contact UPS and make sure the delivery was made, which then happened. Excellent service and follow-up on my goof. You've earned a customer for the future.

Very dissatisfied with Copper River Seafoods. I dropped off 64 lbs of sockeye salmon for vacuum packing and freezing. I went in 3 days later to pick up and was told I had to pay first before I could pick up the fish, which i did. they then brought out 41 lbs of fish (23 lbs. less than I dropped off). They would not give me credit for the 23 lbs of fish they lost and they would not even refund me for the 23 extra pounds I paid to vacuum pack and freeze. I was told I had to talk to Issac, the manager, and he would make things good for me. Despite 3 voicemails and two more message at the main store, no call back and no resolution. Very poor service and frankly a fraudulent business as they took my money but did not deliver what was promised. Steer clear.

They told me at interview I was hired and they would call and tell me when orientation was instead they called and scheduled me for another interview. When I call to find out about orientation no one calls back they won't tell me when it is. I have been turning other jobs down because they said I was hired. Now I have no idea what is happening and they never return my calls.

Horrible service. I had planned to send AK seafood to family this past Christmas. After calling Copper River Seafoods and confirming the seafood would arrive before Dec. 25th , I ordered over $300 online w/ a Xmas Eve delivery. The day before Xmas eve I get a voicemail stating "due to a company decision your orders will not ship until Dec 29th." By this point, it was too late to order from anyone else and get it delivered on-time, so I ended up looking like the jacka$$ with gifts showing up a week after Xmas. Copper River gave no explanation, no apologies, and obviously couldn't have cared less whether they met the deadlines they had promised me prior to placing my order.

Pretty good prices for fish processing, and a nice array of smoking options. Does require a 20# minimum, but has the lowest cost for lox for you East Coasters and Jewish deli-types. Staff is really nice and seems very knowledgeable.
