Wonderful experience. We had the waygu, i think it was on a seasonal menu (to die for). Also got the crab legs and ribeye, both were sooo good. Finished off with the black forest for dessert. Yum!

Great evening in a beautiful setting! We asked to be seated where we could see the sunset...and were given the perfect table! Our server, Chelsey was great! She was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, personable and delightful! The food was awesome! Oysters, soup, steak, and dessert were all perfectly prepared and delicious! A wonderful dining experience!

Crows nest is still a classic dining experience. Ryan and the chef did special service for our son's birthday. It was great. Made it fun. The view is always magnificent. It's our favorite for finer dining. Slow paced. Give you time.

Awesome! Views are fantastic, staff is world class (Chelsea is our favorite server of all of human history) and everything on the menu is mouth-watering. We will keep coming back.

The food was good, but not nearly worth the price. My wife and I don't drink alcohol, so we didn't take any of the suggested wine pairings, but it wasn't clear if the wine was still included in our bill. If we paid for the wine anyway, it would explain why the price was so expensive. I suspect we may have had a better experience if we went there on any other night. But for Valentines night, I can't recommend Crow's Nest, especially if you don't drink alcohol.

We celebrated a birthday there. The food was terrific. We highly recommend the ribeye (tender and juicy and cooked perfectly med-rare), and the scallops (also cooked perfectly and were soft and sweet). Bananas Foster for dessert was fun to watch being made and was delicious. Our server made the whole experience over the top. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and delightful to talk to. I just wish we could remember her name. She definitely deserves kudos.

We don't often venture downtown, but the Crow's nest is a new favorite! It is quite a bit busier in the summer with tourists, but any other time it is beautifully quiet, elegant and delicious. Service is top notch and Chelsea is delightful!

Our waitress was wonderful, the food was great however one of my party left their phone on the seat of the unused pushed in chair at our table. We left just prior to close therefore extremely unlikely anyone else was sat there yet the phone was not turned in by the staff. On tracking we see after close hours the phone leave and head down the road where then the phone was turned off. So essentially it’s likely that a staff member stole the phone so if you go here keep an eye on your things. It is our fault it was left however a restaurant of this level I would assume has more respectable staff. The phone is reported as stolen so will be unusable and ineligible for phone service- none the less disappointing and we will not be returning.

The food was good (I’ve been here several times before). However, our waiter, Logan, was rude and dismissive. It really damaged the experience. If I go here again I’ll probably opt for the bar area.

This is our 15th year of celebrating New Year's Eve at the Crow's Nest and watching the fireworks. Our server, Patrick, was friendly and efficient. The tasting menu and wine pairing were great. The chef is excellent.
NYE Course menu The first dish was disgusting, goat cheese and beet soufflé, mine arrived deflated with all the beets sunk to the bottom. With the texture of baby puke and the most dominant flavor being dirt, I wonder if anyone tasted this dish before serving. 0/10 The remainder of the courses were also extremely bland and underwhelming although plated beautifully. This was my first excursion to Crows Nest and I won't be looking to book a seat anytime soon again all because I've had better food at sandwich deck down stairs and across the street. I had several of the cocktails, all delicious with the expedition of the smoke factor! It was honestly so overwhelming and not at all pleasant, I would double check those. I will note that service was above and beyond expectations. From our hostess to our busser, the staff is the centerpiece of why we had a pleasant night, although we came for the food.
Our experience was phenomenal. The chef created dairy free and gluten-free options for each course. Ryan, our waiter, was exceptional! The food was flavorful, and the presentation was artistically divine. Highly recommend for your next special occasion.

My favorite highest quality restaurant in Anchorage since 1966 when my parents brought me to the Capt Cook Crows Nest. I have enjoyed several visits over the past 60 + years and have always been very satisfied with the entire experience.

A high class dining experience with a view of the snow falling onto downtown Anchorage and lots of experimental dishes.Dinner began with a bite of a crouton and what my party believed to be a pesto mixture of sorts followed by complimentary bread. The cocktails we ordered were great, and the seasonal ones put us a bit more in holiday spirits. As we moved to appetizers and main course, there were a couple unique dishes that caught our eyes. The rabbit saddle and foie gras s’mores were two of the interesting dishes that intrigued us, and while I appreciated the melty, savory texture of the rabbit saddle, I can’t say the same for the foie gras. The view overlooking the town would have also been nicer if the restaurant was open at a time we could have observed sunset.Overall it was an interesting experience, and I commend the restaurant for being daring with their menu selections, and I would be interested to try the place again if I am in Anchorage once more to see what new dishes they try on their menu!

The customer service was GREAT! David was very attentive to our table and our culinary needs. He was most pleasant and engaging. The ribeye was very tasty and tender. The 20th floor margarita was not good, but again, the customer service of all our servers was above normal. We enjoyed it.
