Went for Mother's Day mistake they didn't have enough workers waited hrs for drinks and food not as good as other Mexican restaurants I won't visit again

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in town. They have great food, quick service, awesome margaritas and Mexican lagers on tap. The halibut tacos were amazing. I've also had the Chile Verde and regular chicken tacos, both very delicious.

One of the many reasons I’m excited to have moved from the south side of town (33 years there) to Muldoon!!El Rodeo, one of MANY spectacular new places to eat at, and as many deserve plenty of excellent attention, El Rodeo holds a special place in my heart… I mean stomach!Unbelievable cuisine and well packaged if you order through the delivery services. They use the best cuts of steak for their carne asada, fajitas to a steak and shrimp dinners!Their A-La-Carté menu’s also spectacular! With very competitive pricing and phenomenal selection of their favorites. Enchiladas to tacos. My wife’s a flauta fan and my son and I are working our way through the different combinations, and not a single complaint yet!6/5 stars all day and night, and all year too.Amazing food. Awesome and quick service. Great ambience and clean atmosphere.Can’t recommend highly enough as is the case with any restaurant; how’s the food. In a single word; unbelievable!!! First time eating here; we had lunch. Their menu has the usual favorites, but also some unique creations. One of us had Chicken Fajita Tacos. I had Chicken Enchiladas. Both entre portions were generous. The fajita chicken was nicely seasoned, as was the red enchilada sauce. The beans and rice sides we're also tasty.The servers were friendly and efficient. Started us off with fresh corn tortilla chips: not too thick, not too thin, and just right salsa.They also feature a Margaritas and wide range of cocktails and beers, imported and domestic. We will eat there again!

This place is getting 5 stars based on being the most authentic Mexican border food in Anchorage. Were we back home and near the Texas/Mexico border this would be a solid 4 star rating. BUT 4k + mi from home, this place feels like a warm huge and your favorite tia's. Go, be nice to the owners, order extra "spicy" (for AK) salsa, and try the food.

Delicious like always ? great service as well. My husband had his favorite, Chile Rellenos made to perfection. I had Menudo and brought home their Chicken Mole Enchiladas. They're delicious, this is the first time eating them. I highly recommend eating there.

I went off of the ratings for this restaurant only because mainly they were good. I was really disappointed though. The food was a good 4/10. They really pushed alcohol. Chips and salsa was very limited unfair.
The orange juice tasted like mildew and was obviously bad. They had a good menu, husband's shrimp and crab was over cooked and chewy, my daiquiri was delicious tho. Service was excellent.

Waitresses were outstanding, but prices were trash, it would be different if portions were bigger but in my opinion the portions served were not equal to the price for the food. Also flys buzzing all around and landing on our food.

Best margaritas ever had it was the Izzy food was wonderful service was friendly dessert was great definitely is going again what is my mother-in-law‘s 70th birthday she doesn’t like Mexican food but she enjoyed this place she did get the fried chicken but she love the taco salad and all the other things that she tried the shrimp I will not recommend play over cooked strange taste steak was ugly but was real tender the other drinks could use a little more heavier pour definitely a strong four-star
