I had always intended to go here... now I wish I had gone sooner. On a rainy day when everything had gone wrong, I looked up from the list of things we had to do and asked my kids if they'd like to try the cupcake place. I walked into Eva’s to pick up some last minute cupcakes for my daughters birthday and was pleasantly surprised by how quaint and homely the storefront feels. I got 4 assorted flavors and I can say without a doubt these are the best cupcakes we have ever had. 5 starts across the board for presentation, flavor, moistness, texture, and durability (did not lose shape during the drive home). This shop is so pretty and the ladies working here were very kind. My husband and I split a chocolate cupcake and a pink lemonade cupcake. They both were so good, my favorite was the pink lemonade, the frosting had a really bright lemon flavor. My husband's favorite was the chocolate. Both were very sweet, one is plenty! The cupcakes were nice and soft, not dry at all.
