Found my new favorite place to eat yellow noodles so good. Food was authentic like Vietnam Street food. Price is decent for Anchorage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You know I will be back for that yellow noodles. ?

If you want healthy Asian food, Gia Dinh Pho is the perfect place (we usually order a AT LEAST once a month). They have the best vermicelli bowls boba milk tea, and pho we have had in Anchorage. Also, they have really good customer service!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Anchorage. The staff is so friendly & attentive. They happily and easily accommodate vegan and gluten free diets. Their banh mi bread is made fresh in house and is literally incredible. They make an in house vegan broth that is truly delicious. They recommended getting their pho-rito vegan at my next visit since ive tried all the other vegan offerings, cant wait!

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. The bahn mi is really good! The pork was cooked nicely and the bread was the best of all the bahn mi I’ve had in Anchorage . We also got one of the noodle dishes which was also delicious. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed the new year music that was playing. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. The chairs are a little uncomfortable but isn’t a big deal because the food is good!

I came, I saw, I ate. Had a very satisfying bowl of pho. My only regret is getting a medium instead of a large because I was slurping this pho down to the last itty bit of broth. I left with joy, unadulterated pure childlike joy, in my heart from this pho. Go eat some pho and remember there is joy in this world.

First time to try. I had the Chicken Pho. The chicken looked and tasted good. Very clean clear broth and savory. I liked it! The wontons are totally different from what I'm used to getting at other places. They had a good amount of filling and were very crispy. I liked the sauce they came with too.
