I think our local Gilden Corral has new, better cooks. Food quality and taste has really improved. The public area is cleaner, wait staff friendlier. We wentvin a few days ago after several months. It was busy! Not hectic or chaotic, but definitely busy.Dietary restrictions: I'm insulin diabetic, and I truly appreciated the variety of suitable foods I could enjoy. The only flaw was the shortage of lowcarb or sugar free desserts.
