Kinley’s never disappoints. Great food and service every time.
A poem: Suitable for one of the top fine dining establishments in all of Anchorage. Enjoy!I was rushing for a date, 45 min late!Kind waitress still seated us with no wait.Oh the wine! Crisp and a flavor uniqueNothing but perfection for the Halibut cheekMy date's steak was so so soft and redSee the pictures! Evidence of what I saidOur desserts were simply irresistibleTo not eat at Kinley's would just be criminal.
My honey and I had a date night at Kinleys. He had the filet and I had the mushroom ravioli. We shared a bottle of the Owen Roe Ex Umbris Syrah and for dessert we shared the peanut butter chocolate ganache cheesecake. Everything was incredible. Filet was cooked to perfection he said, my mushroom ravioli entree was delicious and had so many different items to compliment the flavor; charred Brussels sprouts and chèvre for example. The wine paired perfectly with everything including the GIGANTIC perfection of a cheesecake. Fluffy inside with thick chocolatly ganache and caramel drizzle. Our server Taylor was a doll and elevated the experience with her excellent service and knowledge. Can’t wait to come back!
Kinley's was a great find. It is unpretentious and serves terrific food, the best we had as we sought the best places for local fish in Anchorage . We had halibut cheeks over pea risotto and the roasted beet salad with seared halibut filet. Everything was truly excellent. Service was outstanding as well. Our server was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and efficient. Kinley's is only about 5 miles from downtown Anchorage and well worth the short drive.
We were tired of fried seafood and wanted something more sophisticated , so we decided to give this place a try based on the reviews. Wow, totally exceeded our expectation. The New Zealand venison was perfectly done at medium-rare. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, paired with the mushrooms and gravy, just simply perfection. The halibut cheek with risotto was also amazing. The cheek was juicy and tender. The risotto was creamy and cheesy. Highly recommend this place.
I met a friend for dinner, food was excellent, really love the bacon wrapped dates and had halibut - fish and chips. everything very good. Service was great, had a really pleasant server. Second time I have gone there in two weeks and both times had great food and great service.
Although I had heard that Kinley's was good, I did not know what to expect. I certainly was not disappointed! The food was excellent
Service was amazing. The ravioli was not my favorite and they let me order something else (the falafel and creme brûlée were to die for). Decor inside and outside is outdated, but the food makes up for it. Make a reservation and enjoy.
Wonderful food and fabulous service. Loved the coconut crusted rockfish for dinner and finished it off with the creme brûlée.
We were there celebrating a birthday. We started with the lobster ravioli which was superb. We each had Halibut checks on a bed of risotto cooked to perfection. Kristie, our server, was excellent. We will definitely return.
We had a really good meal tonight. They had a pork belly special appetizer that was so flavorful. The pork chop dish was delicious, as was the ice cream I had for dessert. We were in a booth in the bar area, and enjoyed our server, who was delightful and prompt.
We had the duck special, and the falafel cakes. Both were amazing. Our server was great, and the entire staff was helping each other with everything. I was impressed.
16th anniversary dinner. Our server was outstanding. Dinner was wonderful, love the risotto, and the apple spice ice cream was delicious.
Kinley's is consistently good - the food, the atmosphere, and the staff!
The waitress didn’t seem interested in serving our table and just did the bare minimum in taking our order - no real conversation and didn’t even tell us the special for the evening. The food was mediocre.
