The food here is amazing. Came with a group of friends. We all enjoyed our food. The food is authentic, full flavor, and the best Indian food that I have ever had. Sanjay, you are rocking it. I will definitely be back with my daughter.
If I could legally add the word MAGIC in front of Mandala Restaurant I would do so in a heartbeat. Beyond blown away from the flavours and the curation of art and experience in this restaurant. My bestie and I originally met in India and tasting this food immediately transported us into another hemisphere across the world just by our tastebuds. I am a Butter Chicken snob and this is the best I have had in Anchorage. the waiter was excellent also. He made us feel like we were in an upscale/high end restaurant. Everything is made to order so you wait a bit for the food but it is all worth it. even the Naan is made to order and made to perfection.
