While in Anchorage last week for a conference, A few colleagues were looking for a place to have dinner. We stumbled upon Rosecoe's Food for the Soul. It was a blessing as Mr. Roscoe showed us great hospitality and excellent food. The Oxtails were everything. If you want some home bbq cooking, this is the spot. The customer service was top notch and even Roscoe came around to say hi to people which was very nice.I’ve never had catfish before and this was my first time trying it and it wasn’t too bad. You get a good size of fish and I had a combo with it with some ribs and those were yummy. Mac n cheese was cold which was weird to me but my kid ate it up and enjoyed it.
