Bad customer service ! I asked a worker what turkey beligisio was he didnt know he asked the Blond haired lady what it was she got upset , & said shes busy there was only two of us there! So I said I'l go somewhere else & that the customer service is bad & that Il go to the website & say something . Now to go on face book & make it public ! Im not from from here just here wanted a sub sandwich , been a customer for years not no more !

This used to be my favorite location! Ever since they made a manager change things went downhill. I came in, just to order the same sandwich I’ve been getting for years. The rude manager lady that everyone complains about in the reviews was making my sandwich..great. Told her I wanted chicken, she gave me turkey. Honest mistake, no biggie. She got so angry. “ You said turkey.” I told her I don’t even like turkey lol. She corrected it, but then started slamming stuff. I’m not gonna take that and give them my hard earn money after that behavior. I said, I’m good. I’ll just go to another location. Have a good day. That manager lady, is so rude, and extremely unprofessional. She’s supposed to be the gold standard and an example for her staff. If the owner is reading this, look at all the reviews about your establishment. Most of them is about her. I will never come back to this location. I don’t care if she’s not working that day.

I used to be a regular here but was told to "never come back" by a woman worker who I assume is the manager or owner.I came here probably 4x a week on average and each time I ordered basically the same thing, which always amounted to about $20. Today though while the younger worker was ringing up my order this middle aged woman shoo'd them away from the register and rang me up for $30.I order the same meal every time and tried to politely point this out as cordially as I could. The manager then turned the screen around and got really loud and confrontational and made a scene.I just put my hands up and said i was going to just leave, and as I left she told me not to come back. I was one of if not the most frequent customers here.The other people that work here are very chill, and I've seen this woman work here before and always tend to prefer when she isn't there. The way she asks questions is way too loud and she just sounds angry, like every person is a huge inconvenience.I do remember chuckling at a previous visit when there were three customers (one ringing out to leave, me getting a sandwich made, and onw waiting to get theirs'started) and the same woman expressed how they are "swamped."Not one to judge but I think any sort of customer service job requires a much better temperament. This repeat and loyal customer is taking their money and appetite elsewhere.

Went to this location to pick up a mobile order and had a terrible experience. Turns out Parmesan cheese is not really cheese, I politely asked if we could add some cheese since I didn't know the parm was powder. How big of a deal was it for a young man named Lewis to put a couple slices of cheese on the sandwich without charging additional for it. It's not putting cheese makes the sandwich more expensive. Lewis also wouldn't give us his name to write a review. He told me I was blind because I didn't see it on his hat partially covered by his long hair. He needs some lessons in customer service. Come on Subway, do better! A couple slices of cheese won't break the bank.

The manager served me and I have never had a worse experience of customer service in my life.She talked over me multiple times. And got my order wrong. When I tried to correct her she talked over me again, called me ‘hun’ and ignored my request.I love subway and I have a high tolerance for BS. she is the single reason I will never come to this subway again.

horrible customer service. I was in there with my family we were the only ones and we had to pay twice because (not a big deal) but a woman behind the counter made a huge deal throwing a sub into the toaster rolling her eyes just making it not a great experience.
