It is clear that Sullivan's has adopted a DEI initiative, as indicated by the lack of professionalism of the greeter and one of the workers who brought our food. It was very busy the night we went. So I do understand to some extent. However. the steak I ordered obviously sat in the window and got overcooked. Unfortunately, the potato was so cold that the butter would not melt. I did have a wonderful time with the party we went with.
