Sweet Caribou is my go to for amazing, artisan sandwiches and salads in Anchorage. They also have amazing desserts with their handmade macarons being their signature item. They are always delicious and the range of available flavors is always changing. I have also utilized their delivery service and the orders are always on time and packaged perfectly. Great food as always. I loved the sammy of the week.I would love it if you found a better way to present your to-go sandwich though. The taped paper at the bottom makes it all butimpossible to separate the halves and not spill the sandwich contents everywhere. Maybe forgo the tape all together?Parking: Its a busy parking lot. Expect to circle around a couple of times to find parking, especially if yoga when yoga is starting next door.

Wow! What a great place for lunch. We showed up with a big group. Eddie took our order. He was friendly and super patent with my kids. Hemade sure everyone got what they wanted.The sandwiches are delicious. We are definitely coming back!
