Taste wise it is clearly my favorite burger in Anchorage.However the new location has completely soured all of my future interests in ordering from the brand.My family waited over an hour for a food. We kept being told our food was coming and we watched as everyone else around us (who came in and ordered after) received and enjoyed their meals.71 bucks for 4 single burgers and 2 small fries is also a ridiculous price for how small the portions are.The place is very loud and not one I would call an optimal space to have a family meal.The fountain drinks were not working and no only the high priced "premium" beverages were offered to us.I'm really let down. Very few things in life can compete with a great burger and good company and though the food was great the overall experience was a huge disappointment.

UPDATE! Still my favorite after 11 months in ANC! 3/17/24I am new to ANC and trying to establish my favorite burger in town. So far, I’ve found a Holy Grail of sorts! There’s only one other burger joint I’ve eaten at in my 54 yrs that gets this right. The burger patty was seasoned perfectly and had a crust. It’s a perfect combination of taste and texture that elevates the experience. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger Spenard with fried egg. It was a perfect burger. And the French fries were also delicious and cooked perfectly.I feel bad for the rest of the burger joints in town, because I started with this one on the top of my list! Thank you Tommy’s!!

Tried to go to the Dimond location over an hour before close. The restaurant was busy with multiple groups actively eating. Walked up to a locked door with a note they had closed. Won’t be returning.

Went to the Dimond location today. Their Google profile isn't set up there yet - so leaving this review here.The entire staff was phenomenal. It is very evident everyone working there takes pride in their job and wanting to ensure they do right by the customer.
A long established hole-in-the-wall local yokel Spenard restaurant; I highly recommend the Stella Bleu Cheeseburger. Hurry, go early & beat the crowds! Seating is extremely limited! It’s a total mystery to me that they’ve never opened the second floor up to more dining room space??

Been a staple in my diet for a solid decade plus. Usually get an Alohal with onion ring and it puts me in heaven. The Poboys are solid as they can be for a sandwhich. Love this place and the service!
The burgers here are so big and filling. The flavors are so well blended. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a burger they can fall in love with.
