Good grief, Alaska Kitchen has some good pork! It was -13 the day I showed up to grab some lunch. I wasn't even sure anyone would be in the truck but saw a car parked nearby so thought I'd give it a shot. When I pulled up, I saw a smiling face in the window so I made my way over. There were several pork dishes and a pork bowl special to choose from. I decided on the sliders even though it took me forever to make up my mind. Best sandwich I've had in a while! Lots of fresh veggies in my chicken salad, good quality chicken, and a delicious buttery toasted bun. $10 for chicken or egg salad sandwich, $12 for reindeer or pulled pork. I think she's new- left her cooler of beverages at home, but I forgive her because the sandwich was perfect.
