Never going to taco bell up here ever again. Stole money and didn't provide what was ordered. On top of that cashier had poor communication skills. 4 items ordered beefy 5 layer burrito cheese stuffed steak burrito an two crunchwrap supremes with mild hot sauce. Instead all I got were my crunchwraps an the steak burrito so to be fair big part of the order filled but no hot sauce n no beefy 5 layer n that's wasted money entrusting these people to do a job.

It was my first time at Taco Bell in years. I waited in line for 20+ minutes. The soft tacos were a bit light on stuffing, and I didn’t get my sauce that I requested. The worst part was the complete silence from the young man at the window. I'm sure that the robots will provide a cheaper and better experience. It will be many more years, if ever, before I return.

Like many fast food places in Fairbanks, they are woefully understaffed. Made the mistake of wanting to dine in. I used the order kiosk that greets you as you walk in. Then, patiently waited almost 30 min for my order. I counted no less than 15 cars that had received their orders in the drive-thru & 6 other customers that had walked in behind me during this time & placed orders.Last time I'll ever think about going to Taco Bell in Fairbanks.
Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible for the most part. some may need to have someone open the doors for them. bathroom door is a bit thin, wider chairs may struggle to fit.
I waited almost 2 hours to get my mobile order, 2 hours and they got my order wrong, several tacos didn’t have any or little meat and they forgot the nacho cheese sauce for the nacho fries. I will not be going back to this location ever again with this kind of service.

THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR DINE IN HOURS AND WONT MOVE THE DRIVE THRU LINE! I do drive thru here all the time and have spent ridiculous amounts of time waiting. First off their drive thru is constantly just at a full stop, almost everytime it completely stops for 10-20 mins. It'll go from one car sitting there at the ordering spot the entire time and then suddenly it'll start moving after extreme waits. Tonight I waited for 5 mins with the car at the ordering spot with their window up and no one taking their order. So I decided to finally just go to the door like others will, and they had just locked it at 6:10pm, even though on a monday it says dine in is open till 10pm!! It's unacceptable to think it's ok to close the doors at dinnertime when you won't even move the drive thru! I have 9 years of restaurant experience, 4 of which was fast food, 2 as supervisor, and closing with no note on the doors saying why is not ok! Restaurants can slow the flow of customers, but completely halting the drive thru and closing your doors is unprofessional!

Went here before and they served hair or public hair with their meals like the hole group got all there meals with pubes. We were with a Christian group so not one person was disrespectful to anyone. Just bad place to eat. I have never went back to a taco bell in Fairbanks since.
