They close the lobby super early and even if you order online to pick up in store they make you wait forever to even acknowledge you then give you attitude bc you don't want to wait in huge drive through lane which defeats the whole point of ordering online...
I go at least once a week depending on time and schedule load. Taco Bell ? really hits that spot when you need it. Different flavors and a fresh twist. The people tonight at the college location were busy but handled it really well. They also were out of certain beverages, which they informed me right in the beginning of the order, which is very good.. was fast and efficient, and nothing was missing. Guy in the window forgot my food and had an attitude because I asked for it. Still not received all of my food after paying for it all. Lack of customer service skills and just overall kindness for some employees. Food was also cold. I’m sure they can be better, but this just wasn’t it.
