“I love the green curry at a nearby Thai restaurant, so was skeptical when my sister wanted to meet here for lunch. To my surprise, I enjoyed the green curry. The spice level was exactly as I asked. There was four of us in the party. Everyone seemed very happy with their food.The reason we picked this restaurant is because it is quieter than some of the Thai restaurants in town. It was easier to visit and not have to talk over other people. The service was OK, but could definitely have used a little more attention. It wouldn't keep me from coming back though.“

“I have been there for a couple of times when I was in Fairbanks. The food was on top of the chain especially Phad Thai Lorbster and Chicken cashew nuts. Joy ,the owner is very sweet and very kind . She gave us Thai tea for free. The restaurant small but spotless. For sure we will be back to the restaurant again.“
“Despite being a small and simple restaurant, it exceeded my expectations. The food is delicious, the service is very good and it is centrally located. You have to try the soup with coconut milk, lemon grass and curry, it is simply spectacular. And adding homemade noodles is the best. My friends were also very satisfied with everything they ordered. “This is the best Thai food restaurant in town! Everything we’ve had there has been excellent and everyone that works there is so nice! Even tonight, a man came in to warm up and the owner asked him if he had any gloves, he said no, and the owner walked out to his truck grabbed his gloves and brought them in and gave them to the man warming up. You don’t see kindness like that much anymore! 10/10 best restaurant for so many reasons!“

“Friendly service and clean seating area. Crab Rangoons and cashew stir fry was good. Medium spice wasn't very hot so keep this mind when you order. Menu includes the normal Thai fare and takeout orders where frequent. Fairbanks has a lot of a Thai options and this one is a good one.“

“What a gem! We were so excited to go back to Fairbanks and see the northern lights but a close second was going to mom’s again. We went three times during our 5 day stay this time and it never disappoints. All of the Asian selections are amazing, as are the burgers. I love the jalapeño poppers too, best I have ever had. It is inside a little sports bar but don’t let that fool you. This is some of the best food you will have, in any city. By the way mom’s staff… you should really consider selling that homemade soy sauce. Sooooooo amazing. God bless you guys and thank you.“

You order and sit in your car with a buzzer until the food is ready. Super easy and straight forward menu. So excited to eat here more in the future!“
“Visited one night and it was the only restaurant open in downtown that had moderate pricing and it was packed. Poor waitress had to wait all the tables herself. I went the next day and the food was delicious. I had the fresh spring rolls and drunken noodles. Not spicy at all so if you like heat, you will need to ask them to add more heat.“
