Honestly, one of the worst doner/gyro/shawarmas that I’ve ever had. The lamb tasted old and funky and had little pieces of bone through it that almost cracked one of my teeth. The pita was very old and the sauce tasted like water.Extremely small portions and high prices. $15 for a gyro with 2 pieces of meat. I wouldn’t try it again unless nothing else was open.

The food here was okay! It's more of a good vibes area. If you come here, I would recommend the gyro but the falafel is pretty good too!

My husband and I ate here for lunch while visiting the Girdwood Brewery. They were out of chicken when we ordered, so we had to get the beef and lamb kebab wrap. It was yummy! It took a bit for the food to come out, but the wait wasn't too bad, especially because we had our small flight of beer to drink as we waited by the firepit. The beef and lamb kebab was very flavorful, and I liked the texture of the meat in each bite.

Love Bruceskis! Their chicken or falafel sandwiches are my favorite. Packed with fresh ingredients & at a reasonable price, they are my top choice at food truck events. Bruce & his wife are always so kind & welcoming. I look forward to visiting them!

Had food here when we were visiting Girdwood brewery. Falafel wrap (Don't Falafel Lift) and the hummus plate was bomb. The chicken wrap (Sis Tavuk Chicken) was also pretty good. Do try it out! Folks are super friendly too! Tip- Cash only

I had the Sis Tavuk Chicken pita and an order of fries with sauce on the side. The fries were crispy and well seasoned and went well dipped in the tahini sauce. The chicken pita was DELICIOUS! I really really enjoyed my meal and highly recommend them. Unfortunately I was only in town for a short time but wish I could take them home with me! The lady working the window was friendly and efficient with taking orders and payments. They gave a little buzzer to notify you when your order was ready which did not take long.

One of my favorite Alaskan food trucks! The hummus is delicious, the best I've ever had. They put pickled veggies on top and serve it with fried pita... so yummy. My husband likes the deluxe fries with chicken and we always get a slice of the lemon yogurt cake. I think the prices are fair, especially since they use organic chicken and veggies.

My wife and I tried the deluxe fries and they were amazing. I loved the spice they put on them. Definitely would have tried the entire menu if given the time.

Amazing fries!!! We would have tried everything on the truck if we had more time.

I usually live middle eastern food but this place had disappointing food. Quite a small serving for both the deluxe fries and the wrap given the prices. Meat was low quality and the veggies were wilted and not fresh. Server estimated a 5 or 10 minute wait time but our food did not come out for 35 minutes and unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait.

Everything I've had has been fresh and well-seasoned. My favorite items are the hummus with pickled veggies pita and the lemon cake. The prices are very fair for the area and high quality of ingredients.

Not bad, but not great. The hummus wrap was disappointing and rather bland. On the other hand, the cheese pita was delicious and exactly what was expected from the picture. We also got an order of the Adana Kebab, which was good but also not great. Could've had more flavor and was a smidge overcooked. The Turkish fries were not great, but we think that the garlic tahini sauce was the culprit - the fries themselves were fine. Probably would not go back, but our experience also could've been worse.
