My thoughts are that the customer service was amazing both delivery and pickup. I also love the rewards points all you gotta do is sign up online and start earning for free rewards...
Attentive staff and OMG these guys are knocking it out of the park in the tasty arena. The breads are amazing….The cinnamon twists - divine! Last night, chicken pieces sweet and sour (can’t remember the name), inhaled it, saved the pizza I ordered for later ?

Very good assistance. I might add that the amount of selections, or the quantity leaves a little to be desired! Selecting the top of the line Pizza, I would like to see more Toppings or the amount increased. I generally order the, "Extravaganza" and would expect more Toppings. My last order was more crust and minimal Toppings.
