By far the best Brisket in all of Alaska . its truly Addicting and the sauces are Amazing . Makes my head turn red and beads of water flow down my head . I lived in Texas and this is good as it can get.
Absolutely delicious!! Decided to give myself a break after a 90 hour work week—my kiddos and I tried it all and let me tell ya, the brisket, ribs and chicken are the absolute best around! Oh and the beans and that sauce they make ? Even my picky 14 year old daughter who eats tiny portions ate more than her fair share—to her brothers’ dismay! And the customer service is top notch!! I usually cook my own BBQ at home but decided to try Mack's Char Shack out because I was craving ribs so bad, and boy was that a great choice! Not only were their ribs succulent and perfectly smokey, but they were also way better than my home smoked ribs! So excited to have found such an excellent new place to frequent for the ever elusive, actually good, BBQ in the wild! Plus, the owner is a really nice dude! Highly recommend!
