there was a pale girl with a brown bun who gave me my food today. she was so polite and everything was correct in my bag, which i always have a complicated order. this is my new favorite mcdonald’s and i will continue to give them my service as long as i see that smiling face everytime i come by!
I’ll give them a 3 because most of the time they get my order correct, but yesterday trying to order the new Kerwin Frost box …the guy at the drive thru said “don’t know what that is” as we were trying to tell him it’s right there on the screen to order …..he could’ve just put it in or asked for help ….ridiculous and after pretty much him arguing with us, we just decided F it and ordered a 10 piece meal!! Customer service could use a little work here but overall a great experience and the food was very good. I think they're late night crew might be a little grumpy sometimes, but with a little bit of coaching could definitely bring them up to a five-star.Overall a good experience as they got the job done fast and the fries were hot and fresh.
