The new chicken nuggets and Mac cheese is delicious. The combo and large sweet tea for under 7.00. It’s a miracle! Their service and speed of service has really improved and the place was very clean. They had plenty of help and all were very pleasant. One of the ladies was playing bingo with some of the customers. Way to go
They were obviously training some new employees, so I will try to be gracious. But 1 of the 2 burger orders were wrong and a third had been charged. Even the manager here was unable or willing to face the register system as everything would have needed to have been voided and reentered. They were kind enough to offer a pie or 2 (maybe that was an equal in value item). The food was hot & tasted like it should, in fact the fries were excellent as multiple people in our group stated....read full review

Jacks in Athens is a great place to visit if you're looking for a good burger or a shake. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Jacks is one of those places, that in my opinion, is either crazy busy or has an empty parking lot. The breakfast is spot on and consistently so, and the #4 is my go-to for lunch or dinner if I'm in the mood for a burger. Check out Jacks if you're in the area!
