The cashier must have been new as our order was a little messed up. The error was corrected quickly.Parking: Handicap parking was used.

Food could have been better. All chicken items (wraps and sandwiches) had cold chicken. I've worked in restaurant for 20+ yrs and to me, the chicken patties had been under the heat lamp for 45-60 minutes. Sucks because toppings and fries were fresh. Lady at the counter was very nice. Smiled the whole time. One last small knock (this is the restaurant manager in me that drives wife nuts) is that about 30% of the interior lights were not working (bulbs out maybe). Made it pretty dark in there after sunset.Parking: Tight parking lot. Careful if you park on the left side because drive thru will block you if more than 3 people in line.Kid-friendliness: Booster Seats

My Arby's experience was of poor quality. The lady asked us to pull forward because they had just dropped the fries. We pulled up, thinking we would have fresh hot fries. When we received our order, the fries were cool and tasted stale. The beef-n-cheddar sandwiches were dry and they forgot to put in the extra red ranch I requested. I got a surprise sandwich, it had two tops instead of a top and bottom bun. The drinks even tasted like carbonated water. It is very upsetting when you pay almost $30.00 for food and this is the quality you get.

walked in for my online order and cooks where cussing every breath about orders and customers. Very unstable environment, if my kids walked in with me this would have an issue that would have got out of hand quickly. A sick employee or employee kids with a cover around her just laying on the counter for an hour coughing everywhere and throwing up in the bathroom multiple times. 35 mins to get our food. cold. shake was melted. never was greated ever. worst experience at Arbys in my life.stay away

I usually go inside, but I was in a rush so I did the drive thru. It was very pleasant and considerably fast. The food was hot and when I got home it was still warm, except for fries but that's normal. I would definitely recommend this place. ?

This place is an absolute disaster, and a disgrace to the Arby’s name. I did an online order last night and tonight, and the service is awful. When I got to the restaurant, I had to wait 15 minutes just to ask them if my food was ready, I then waited another 15 minutes before they didn’t have the Mac ‘n Cheese bites cooked. I asked if my fries and mozzarella sticks would be fresh too, to which I didn’t get a response. Another 15 minutes later, and they had the Mac ‘n Cheese bites in the bag, along with my mozzarella sticks, and even though the fries had been done, they still didn’t give me my food. When I tried to ask any questions the short heavy set girl (in drive thru) gave me an attitude (repeatedly) along with everyone else that was waiting, and the older lady just kept saying that she just got there an hour ago. When I finally got my food, my fries weren’t hot, the mozzarella sticks were like warm (and I only got 5 instead of 6), and the Mac ‘n Cheese bites were also just like warm, even after I had to wait for them to be cooked! My Rueben was also cold, and had very little meat on it. Last night I waited 15 minutes to once again ask if my online order was ready and I still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food. What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes at the store? I thought last night was an anomaly, but after tonight’s far worse service, I suspect this is their normal service.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant that I have ever been to by far I’ve been waiting in the drive threw for 12 minutes this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This has to be the worst Arbys i have EVER been to, and this wasn't my 1st nor 2nd time. This was definitely the last time. We ordered 25 mins later, and there was no sign of food order. People from drive thru were coming in because their orders were all wrong. The manager was useless and just tried to hide. We finally got our money back and grateful that i wont be back EVER!!! AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY they need a Management OVERHAUL.
