Worst experience ever. They overcooked my pizza for starters. Then when I called about it was hung up on the first time, I asked to speak to the manager, the second time I was told it would be at least an hour before she could talk to me and I told him I’m a customer just like the ones you’re making Pizza for and ask for the ladies name on the phone and the managers name and got hung up on again, not to mention I paid with cash and the driver didn’t have enough change so she got like an eight dollar tip on a $20 order.

Ordered from them on a regular basis. Tipped well. I get a pizza with undercooked dough. I call and explain the issue. Instead of wanting to resolve the issue, the response from the lady is that I'm wrong. As if this was my first time eating pizza. I got a refund and will not order Domino's from this location again.

Burnt my pizza just a minute ago. Called and spoke to who said he was a manger (not professional at all) and he said I’m not sure what you expect me to do!!!!!! Like ummm fix the burnt pizza I just hung up very rude and unprofessional needs new management

Had issues with the Slice the Price card, but they were willing to listen and understand what I was stating about the issue between what's advertised and what the card actually does. Will still continue to order their pizzas. The issue is the card..not the store. Great staff!

I go to this Domino's every Friday to get pizza for the kids. They're always fast, and the order is right every time. The kids love it enough to want it once a week. They're great!

When you ask for well done IT DOES NOT MEAN BURNED. I will never get smother from this location again. I couldn't take it back right after I bought it because I got it so my family could eat on the way out of town. I had to stop and buy something else for everyone to eat. No one could eat the burn shoe leather pizza. I tried to call and talk with manager and didn't get one, they wasn't there?

Ordered from here and was told a 30 minute wait which was acceptable except it took them nearly an hour which the shift lead apologized and explained he was short staffed and I understand that but when I leave with my food and get back to my place I realized half my food was burnt just an overall poor experience

I'm a frequent customer of Domino's, more frequent at our previous address since they delivered, also an ex-employee, NOT at this particular location. So, I'm well aware of the workings. That being said, a little while after we moved I found this particular store is the closest to us. Unfortunately, they don't deliver to our address. No big deal, we'll just do carry-out, only not as frequently because we'll have to retrieve it ourselves. The first order was not correct, edible just not the right toppings on the pizza & an extra topping in the pasta, even so, I didn't complain. Just took it as a simple mistake. Second order, kind of the same thing. This time however, when Domino's sent me an email asking for feedback on my experience so, I responded. It wasn't but maybe 20 minutes after I submitted my response, (probably less than 20 minutes just giving a rough estimate), that the manager personally called me to ask for further details! I was surprised! I'd had a regional manager, (I think that was his title ?), call me once before, but not a general manager. After I explained what had happened he apologized profusely then, put a credit on my account for the entire cost of the pizza, not just a "free pizza". Which I thought was first, very considerate & second, speedy customer service! Ever since then the orders have been wonderful!
