This subway is very unwelcoming if you have more than one sandwich to order by yourself they will dismiss you trying to let them know you need another sandwich so you have to blatantly interrupt them and let them know you need another sandwich and then the process as you have went up at Subway because it’s supposed to be more meat and more cheese. If you ever pay attention to your sandwiches at Subway, you will notice that they are up charging for this extra meat and extra cheese but they’re not putting it on there. I’ve gotten the same sandwich for five years and every subway makes it the same four slices of cheese, six slices of roast beef And they are treating us like we are dumb. Because nobody speaking up and letting them know $24 for two foot-long sandwiches?? No chips no drink no extra meat no extra cheese and it even says 2x cheese. I don’t recommend the store unless you’re going to speak up and make them make it the correct way and they will argue with you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. And will still try to treat you like you’re stupid And not correct it.

I love subway. But this location will give you less than half of the portion you're supposed to receive. Never fails . A 12 inch sandwich is supposed to have 6 oz of meat . Well you can expect less than 3 oz per sandwich from this location. Literally half of one of my sandwichs had zero meat . Ive been disappointed everytime ive purchased from this location lately which is unfortunate because they used to be alot better .Ordered a "monster"sub and it was smaller than the regular subs . I understand times are tough but its basically a rip off

Walked in with a coupon stating buy a footlong get one free with a drink. After they made our subs we tried handing the coupon to the lady employee and she laughed at us. The owner said that was the ONLY coupon they couldn't accept, when is clearly states on there not valid in AK or HI. IT DONT SAY NOTHING ABOUT ALABAMA. Calling corporate in the morning. This gotta stop. It's not right!

I had a coupon stating if I buy a footlong I get one free with a fountain drink, and the owner stated that the coupon was unable to be used and they don't accept the specific coupon that was not expired until the first of Oct. Then one of his employees laughed after we tried handing the coupon to her. Says in the fine print not valid in AK or HI. States nothing about AL. Poorly staffed and terribly managed.

I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden.However, on my last visit, I'm not quite sure what happened - I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! The last sub did have it's contents in it though? Instead of putting my spinach and tomatoes onto the multigrain meatball marinara, they put the spinach and tomatoes into a bag and not in the sandwich. That's LITERALLY all I wanted on the sub - meatball marinara, spinach, and tomatoes.Soooo, I guess they just didn't feel like making the last sub. Don't go when the adults are working, I guess - I've never had this problem with the younger staff.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and it is not too cramped inside for a wheelchair to move around in.

It was made very clear to me that the owner of this particular Subway is only worried about getting a maximum amount of money out of the customer, since I have been going there I've noticed they had zero customer service skills, and they do not honor any of the coupons that I have brought in because when I ordered a roast beef sub and a turkey sub the staff member said that I wouldn't be able to get the roast beef sub with the coupon when it clearly does not state that on the coupon itself, so when I made the option to leave all of sudden I was allowed to use the coupon so before I go in there next time I will be calling the corporate offices so they can explain to me what I can and cannot use their coupons on...
